Welcome,

  1. Please fill out the application completely.
  2. Ensure the phone numbers for the rental references and FAX# are current.
  3. Be sure and sign and date both pages at the bottom.
  4. Please bring current proof of income. (Pay stubs, financial aid letters, teaching contracts, bank statements, w-2’s, etc.)

You can either fax it in (number is on the form), mail it, or drop it off in person at the Slatter’s Court office.

If you don’t have a printer, just pick up a rental application at the office at Slatter’s Court.
